We offer 14 days refund or exchange on all items. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with original tags still attached.

Please email all refund or exchange enquiries to daisieandfrank@gmail.com and we will supply you with a return address.

*Please note - Return postage cost is at the customers expense.
